Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MTM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
